We have many activities planned to build unity of the spirit and we hope your congregation will participate in some of them. We start the week with the Youth Choir Explosion Workshop which is a free week-long fine arts workshop that provides an opportunity for youth to work together now to prepare them for the future. Hopefully some of your youth will participate. Next is the Breakfast of Prayer Ecumenical Service that kicks off the Celebration weekend on Friday, June 15th at 9:00 AM at Baker Chapel AME Church. Tarrant County College—South Campus will host the Celebration Festival that starts with the 5K Run/Walk, “Empowering You” event, Art Show & Competition, live music and entertainment, food vendors and much more. Will you consider having a float in the Juneteenth Community Parade on Saturday, June 16, 2018 @ 10:30 AM?
